Purchase Policy
Fundrazor.com sells tickets on behalf of its commercial partners and venues. Policies set forth by our clients, may prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. Tickets purchased on Fundrazor.com will be subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order handling and packaging charge. When purchasing tickets on Fundrazor.com you are required to purchase a minimum number of tickets for each event. This amount is included on the first purchase page and is verified with every transaction. This does not prevent you from purchasing more than the stated minimum and you are free to purchase any amount greater than the minimum up to the maximum number of tickets available for each event.
Fundrazor.com aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible. We are not able to be specific with exact dates of dispatch. Please allow as much time as possible for your tickets to arrive. If your tickets have not arrived fourteen days before the event please contact us. Please include your name and the postcode the booking is under.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the commercial partner or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on whether you are entitled to receive a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions.
Tickets are sold online or by contacting us directly. Both distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory, therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly.
For information about a purchase you've made, contact us, quoting the name of the fundraising individual, group, school, club or organisation.
