Forest Hall FC flying high and aim for the big £1m!

Forest Hall seniors of Newcastle are flying high after last season's fantastic campaign, managing the double by winning the 'Tyneside amateur league division 2 Championship' and the 'North East amateur challenge shield' - a magnificant acheivement!

Forest Hall are now looking to acheive new dizzy heights by raising a HUGE £1million for a fantastic new club house. After a donation from the FA of £600,000 the club is already more than halfway there  but are always looking to do other fund raising activities and are partcipating in the Sporting Leagues initiative.

Forest Hall are attending at Newcastle Greyhound Stadium on Thursday 29th November 2007 and have already sold their allocation of 100 tickets raising another £500 for the clubs efforts. The club secretary Dave Pearson said "Every little helps towards this fantastic venture the club is embarking on. The Sporting Leagues scheme has provided us with a hassle free way of raising more money for the club and having what we hope to be a fantastic night out at the same time. We can't wait!".

Forest Hall's progress and information on the clubs acheivements can be found at www.foresthalljuniorsfc.co.uk.

Good Luck Forest Hall!
